I added articulation at the elbows/knees, I added ball joint articulation on the legs/arms & robot and dino heads and added a completely new hip/thigh assembly. I also added fold out hands (F/R style), actual feet (masterpiece homage), new robo head and small dino arms from a Classics Grimlock. I also extended the neck in dino mode to accommodate the new articulation.
I added some small details to cover up some of the stuff I removed and added some details. The RGB parts on the robot legs are actual translucent plastic, not paint.
The sword is custom built from a few misc parts and an inverted blade from a Brave Figh Bird. The gun was from a janky car toy that I noticed had Grimlock's gun as a weapon. The only difference is there's no ammo clip on the bottom like the original. I drilled out the gun barrels for added detail.
Added some red paint apps in dino mode, some severe weathering to the paint app and added front upper teeth to the dino head. The small part of the tail is attached with magnets and attaches to the back in robot mode.

It certainly does have it's flaws.Your proportions are off, he legs are far to skinny compared to the upper body's bulk.
Poor Grimmy's dino head look disjointed from the rest of his body with the added articulation .
With a lil more work & thought it could have looked alot better.
As of right now it looks very rushed.

really?......really?......please don't drag that tfdub mentality over here as this is one of the more peaceful sites out there without too much "nerd rage",and it'd be nice to keep it that way
back to the custom,first off,it's very cool you gave credit to f/r, a shame that it's to the wrong customizer.f/r learned and copied the whole articulation of the g1 dino's from a phenominal customizer/basher,never giving him credit until he was called out on it.(it was like devastator all over again)
i like how you added the classics grims bot head to him,much better than the g1's tiny version.
i do have to agree with n/p on the legs and dino neck though,they do seem kinda rushed.
keep it up and you'll be making "millions" soon enough
