Got 1 in Calgary. They were scanning full price but the $19.86 sale tag was there, so I got it at that price.

Also found and bought at WM Lougheed Mall by my buddy in Burnaby. It was the only one.

To anyone whos actually interestd in this hot rod. He is showing up at walmart. Welland walmart near st.catharines has eight on the shelf as of half an hour ago. Had a good look and gotta say the paint work and design is better than most of rhe other offerings from this line.

Re: So, where's TLK Hot Rod?

Found this old thread a fitting place to discuss WM TLK Hot Rod... based on new info. I do not work for WM.

Placed an order from WM and the box that I received today was a Hot Rod shipping box sent from Hasbro to WM.

Info on the side:
Department #00007. (WM category which means Boys TV Toys)
To: Canada
Supplier stock # C2019 (this is the supplier in Vietnam that made HR for Hasbro)
Case Qty. 4 PCS
Case 463 OF 750. (Handwritten on box)
Made in Vietnam.
Gross weight 0.88 KG.

So WM Canada specifically received 750 cases x4 of TLK Hot Rod. So a total of: 3000 for their stores AND online.

The Date Stamp on the box from the factory is: 72871. So the 287th day of 2017. Which is: October 14 2017. So in October these were still in Vietnam.

One last tidbit: a WM sticker with info like the name: PREMIER DLX AUTOBOT. A date of: 11/27/17. And ENDCAPWK48. So the WM plan was to have these out week 48, so around the last week of November.

So with a Summer movie exclusive not being delivered until November... was it due to WM or Hasbro?

Re: So, where's TLK Hot Rod?

I just wanted to post what had happened based on the new evidence today from the box.

He was 'missing' from back when TLK released last year until he hit stores in November, and the box info clears up things... albeit 6 months too late.
