I sent him 480$ on the 28th and he promised me picks and a tracking number. He has not sent me either and his inbox is full. I seen his new feedback which does not look good so yesterday i called paypal and opened a dispute. If he is not going to follow through then anyone who sent payment without the Paypal "goods" option the representative said that i would have not been able to do anything.. luckily i did pay the 4% because today i got my refund. I know he did not like the fact i wanted to pay with the goods option and he asked for EMT untill i told him i only had paypal so he agreed. I am going to wait to officially give him a negative because something could have gone wrong out of his control but this was a bust.

It was always pleasure buying from members on this board, except this time. $75 sent to him as friend. A hard lesson learned.

He had all good feedbacks and trust amongst the community, who wouldnt have known, i wouldnt... but now, i guess for larger purchases, i will pay the extra 4% and do it as goods.

I assure you i'll get my money back or put this guy in jail if I need to. I know and work in the justice system and this guy should set an example not to mess around. Either he should come out and redeem himself or face the consequences of his stupid action!

I know board members have met this guy, have his address, phone number and picture.

I paid him 220 emt. Based on his (at that time) impeccable feedback. Now his feedback is a bit more representative with this thread I guess prompting members to add their negative experiences.

I'm going to give it another day or two, then give the police in mississauga a call.

If anyone wants to get in on that, please pm me with your info and experience.

Would be theft under 5000 and very likely some fraud charges. May not get the money back, but he is definitely going to be charged.

Given the fact that people on this board know where he lives and have contact info for him, he would Have to pretty stupid to actually be scamming this board.

Cybertron.ca could like provide the police with ip info for example.

Especially since it seems like so many board members are affected.
