thanks for all the input guys!! i ended up going the route of starscreams ghost.first he was stripped of all factory paint(and the enamels my friend tried applying),then every nook and cranny was panel lined.(i really did like how he looked being only grey and panel lined,kinda wish i took pics before the paint )his base coat was a ultra light mist spray of krylon baby blue.next came a ultra light spray of metallic gold.(that was a mistake,he turned green and almost looked like mp ss,first version)then he was misted with automotive grade silver.finally came another dust spray of matte white.all his parts that were originally molded in blue recied a mix of both matte white and metallic silver.the hand cut decals were all misted with silver metallic before they were applied.his head has been misted with matte black.i found that the hardest part was matching the same amount of spray to get the same hues as he was all in pieces and i had to spray him by sticking my hands outside my front door(-41 = brrrrrr )now i just gotta figure out what to do with the other 2 extra seekers i have.

btw,it doesnt seem like it because of bad lighting and i suck at pics but if you move ghost ss around in the sun or bright light you see gold and silver sparkles.same with the red stripes.
