KO Ghost Starscream vs Henkei Starscream

I am interested in getting this figure once I managed to compete my original 6 Seekers (Screamer, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Dirge, Ramjet, Thrust). But for those who have either the KO version or the Henkei version, which one is better in QC, issue, paint apps, loose. Is there a slight difference between them? I mean saw some review and I came short in my decision, cause some say the KO is bad and others say there is no difference one is cheaper than the other.

The ko I have is almost as good as the real thing and for only $20 Canadian. He has beat paint apps and good joints, I have no issues but it didn't come in package, I grabbed him at tfcon a few years ago.
I say go with the ko if you don't want to spend a fortune for the takara one.

I have the deluxe size KO ghost starscream. The bad thing about mine are the weapons are hard to stay pegged in his shoulder, I had to use multiple coats of Pledge floor polish to thicken it up to stay pegged in.

I don't mind using Pledge floor polish to fix loose parts, so if I had to do it again, I'd get the KO.

iOffer has Ghost Starscream for 50$ it's made from Die-Cast Metal parts just like the original version.

I have KOs for both ghosts. I have no QC issues on mine. CHMS KOs had gotten pretty good by the end.
