Same thing here. There's a blue banner in the email I got and fine print at the bottom, but it's not clickable at all. I'm thinking another techno-fail from TRU...

I tried to live chat about the non-clickable banner and the guy said he would ask and email me back. Of course that was yesterday and nothing came of it. TRU ineptitude strikes again

I had success with 2 co-operative Reps at a TRU here today. I showed my phone email without the code and explained that there was no way for me to see it. The lead rep then came back with a generic code on a sheet, which scanned-in at 25% off.

What did you get? While I won't say no to a coupon, TRU puts a 25% premium on most items so it comes out to the same as regular retail.

Non-TF... an GIJoe CS Tiger Force fig that I was missing. Stock is weird with their exclusives, so 25% was a nice bonus.
