For anyone taking transit today to R&R, Translink has this posted for today along the #3 route:

Effective September 15, 8am - 9pm

The City of Vancouver will be hosting their Autumn Shift Festival on Main between 12th Ave & Broadway. The following reroute will apply.

003 Main: Regular route to Main & Kingsway, then via Kingsway, 12 Ave, Main, regular route

003 Downtown: Regular route to Main & 12 Ave, then via 12 Ave, Kingsway, Fraser, Broadway, Main, regular route.

Confirmed the bus is fine, I just took it and the diversion is a 2 minute delay at most. It returns to Main before Heritage Hall so there's no trouble getting here.
