My entry for the TFCon Charity Auction Vehicon group, Obsidian.
So, I was tasked to create Obsidian for this project. I had a few reasonable ideas, one was to use the Tomahawk mold. I didn't want to use that one two years in a row... so I started looking more obscure. So I picked my Classics Mirage off the shelf, and put him to the knife. (Guess what bot I'm looking for at TFCon this year?
)
The look I was going for in his robot mode was basically a terrifying mix between a Scorpion and a Bat.
Other parts used:
Rotors from BM Obsidian (yeah, it's cheating, but they were perfect
)
Arms from Beast Hunters Soundwave
Tail and Neck from DoTM Laserbeak.
Alt mode:
Robot Mode: (I am working on a fix for the crooked rotors, magnets are hard to work with..)
Weapons:
Dual Rotor Saw
