I think you are very daring by putting all those electronics under the sink but that is just in my experience water and electricity never mixed well. I hope you never get a leak under there.

I attempted to make a guard or water diverter with aluminum trays but it looked pretty ugly so I just went with a HFTB system

I dunno, Louis is very pricey! When are you cracking that one? I heard the empty is worth some cash too.

The louis was a gift. It was probably $2000 when it was purchased 10yrs ago. I reckon its worth $3000+ now. I've drank louis but this particular bottle will probably just sit there because of the sentimental value. The 2 mini bottles on either side are $750 ea and contain 50ml (basically a spit) of alcohol lol

The value in the empties are because they're made from some fancy crystal. Imagine returning that for $.20 deposit!

The open bottles are kinda mid level scotchs that are for sharing. Those get rotated in and out to keep a variety on the menu
