Nope, not stuck, just transformed that way. When I took it out of the box I pushed the button and out it popped, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it ^_^

so this is probably a returning item and previous own by kid, I guess. With all the accessories and completed, it is a great deal ~
and it is hard to find a "clean" one once it messed by kid...Good Job
