I just received a shipment from Automaton yesterday. There isn't a single negative thing that I can say about them. If they don't carry it, I don't need it (for the most part).

better, or at least on par, no customs, flat rate shipping, and ooh (same as pol on bbts)

After several hauls from Automaton Toys, I've got nothing but good things to say about Mario and his crew.

Superb customer service, fast shipping and above all, it's Canadian !!!

It's borderline astonishing , the level of communication (and it's speed/frequency) and customer service I get from Mario /automaton....I have to say that my trust level in buying from them is the same as buying from a brick and mortar storefront.(if not better...)... My go to store-hands down... not that I've had bad experiences with say, Kool toys or BBTS... knock on wood... I just feel an added sense of comfort in dealing with Automaton. When I buy or order from them It never crosses my mind that I may be disappointed in my transaction.
