Megatron Origins #2

Anybody go pickup a copy of the 2nd installment of this comic ?

Looks good...you get to see Megatron's head minus the helmet...Megatron looks like he kills a Go Bot in the first fight which looked funny...and they introduce some more familiar faces

I like where this is headed...

Senator Ratbat you say? Sounds interesting. I also like how they showed how Laserbeak got his name.

I found the story so far is nothing earth-shattering, but there's a few more issues to go. Something in the art needs some serious work though... it's either too dark or too quick-paced.

How many issues is it? I thought there was only one more left.

Re: Megatron Origins #2

The art was about on par with some of the old Dreamwave work (that isn't a good thing)... here's hoping Alex has finally recovered, because his work is generally much better. The pages done by whomever filled in for him for a bit were fairly good, but when Alex is 100% his art is generally fantastic.

Story-wise, its sort of neat to see bits of politics for once, but overall nothing in the issue was too shocking. That being said, its worth picking up, especially for fans of Megatron and Soundwave.

I'm still absolutely loving the IDWverse.
