Reports of "all" WMs are obviously not true because last night they were still $11.9x at the WM closest to me here. Granted there was nothing but pegwarmers, but a price is a price.

Yep, I was at my local Wal-Mart last night and despite what the report says, ROTF figures here in Ontario are still $11.99. I am sure though that once Wave 4 becomes more widely spread, the price for older pieces will be hiked up.

Good Idea!  Looks like the Bradford Wal-Mart still doesn't have the price change yet. Mind you, there store is mostly filled with peg warmers and the new pieces from Wave 4 are in very limited numbers (I counted five in total) and they're unmarked.
