Good to know that the myths that the other review posted in this thread are debunked but it still isn't a very great mp3 player in terms of an mp3 player. I still want one though just for Soundwave!

The belt clip thing doesn't bug me.

But does it fit in a side pocket?

That's how I would store it - and I'd carry it in my hand sometimes if in use.

It's 1.25 inches thick, 2.25 inches high and 3.25 inches wide.. almost like 2 Motorola RAZR phones back to back, closed. If you're wearing baggy pants, shouldn't be uncomfortable in your pockets..if the pants are a bit fitted, then you'll have a lump sticking out.

You'll risk scratching/eroding the silver paint though in either case if you put it in your pocket. I brought mine today with me but had it in my bag..I'm thinking of making a case for it with a belt-clip.
