God I hope so. I never ordered from Pulse before, so I don’t know what their shipping/exchange rate is like.

Shipping, on average, is $20+ usd depending on the size of your order, last I checked. Could have changed since Covid came along.

this is up on Pulse. Could preorder and if it becomes available elsewhere for cheaper you can easily cancel your preorder

I just put in a Joe and TF pre-order (almost $150) and it's 29.99 USD shipping for FedEx plus you pay taxes to Hasbro so there's no customs ding at the door.
