Re: Price of MPM-10 Starscream

Target prices were released and it's $149 USD so TRU will likely be in line with MPM Megs price wise

That's good. The price of MPM Megs was definitely fair for being a Takara product.

That's actually not true.

Among 3 KO version of Megatron, only WJ's is all plastic. (And all plastic make it better, more stable).

And there is some minor mold change, at least in my WJ version.

You must have a very unique copy because all the video reviews on Youtube say and show it's just a bigger, all plastic version, and that the engineering is the same. The Honey Badger version is the same size as the original, same engineering as well, no die-cast feet, but die-cast arm panels.

There is some diecast in the feet, but it's in the joints (unlike the official where the both feet were entirely diecast, which was dumb because that made the feet floppy). The all plastic look is aesthetically better because you don't have that cheap looking rubber plastic on the pointy parts of the figure (I know they used rubber on the official to prevent breakage, but this isn't a kids toy). The unpainted plastic on the official makes it look like a Studio Series figure (which is ironic because the movie 1 SS Megatron has a metallic paint job, which puts the MPM Megs to shame).
