What's up with these figures? Who's Ralph McQuarrie? There seem to be some figures that look normal and some that have a new design twist. And most importantly- why is Boba Fett wearing white armour?
At first I just thought that some of the characters were from a novel or something, but I don't think that's the case. Can someone fill me in?
The Ralph McMcuarrie stuff are orginal concepts for star wars made before filming episode 4. The white Boba fett figure, if its the one I'm thinking of, has his amour coloured after how it was in the Star Wars holiday special which can be found on YouTube now.
It's too late. I have already seen the holiday special two or three times. I only remember Boba Fett in the animated segment, but I don't recall white armour...perhaps I should watch it again . In the meantime, I think I'll stop by Walmart and pick up the white armour version.
