I have the Atari 2600 version, so no need to get this.

Re: Ghostbusters Video Game
I still have not gotten it yet. I was too tired and lazy after work to go hunt for it. I'd assume everywhere has it by now, so maybe I'll look tomorrow. If not, then on the weekend. I feel like I'm missing out! In the meantime, I could pull out the NES and GB2....

After watching this I went and did some online reading on the issue of 360 vs. PS3 on multi platform games and for the most part it sounds like XBox has the better looking and the better performing version.
This is making me reconsider which version of Ghostbusters (and which system) I will save up for and buy.
Until then, back to my Wii version.

Most of the time when a game looks better on one system vs another, its not a true judge of which system is best. It's mainly because the game was developed mostly on one platform and basically ported to the other. For games with a PC development background (like Ghostbuster or Fallout 3) they will generally look better on 360 than on PS3. While games like MGS4 remain unportable to the 360 because they are built with the PS3 architecture in mind.
So if you are still deciding which system to buy. I think you should consider which exclusive games you want to end up playing, because despite the slight graphical differences, cross platform games (PS3/360) give you the same basic experience. The only exception I can think of is SF4.

I thought Ghostbusters was being developed on the 360?
I want the system with the best multi platform games. The system with the exclusive games that I want is the Wii (which I have).

Re: Ghostbusters Video Game
This game is a tease.....one of the levels they say maybe we should let the rookie drive. I was all like F'ing sweet. I've been waiting to drive the cadillac, then they all turn and say "Nah"......bastards.

Re: Ghostbusters Video Game
Finally got a chance to play last night, and I'm loving it. I didn't get very far (just finished the hotel, and got to see the giant Marshmellow man)... I had to go to bed and I knew if I continued on that would not happen.
Can't wait to get some more practice in so I can try out the multiplayer.
Who else grabbed the PS3 version?

Interesting they would say that. Since the PS3 to me clearly looked better when shown the comparison.
