Yes, the dealer room is where people sell stuff. Not a whole lot of dealers are looking for trades, but some might. If you're looking to trade stuff like parts with other attendees, that happens on Friday night.
There are other events held in various panel rooms and other areas, times and places for which will be available when the event schedule is posted.
