Need help identifying a part for a custom I am working on

Sorry for the grainy pic but I hope someone can help identify what figure this piece is from. It's not from the figure I thought it was from and I need a second one and I can't remember what happened to it. So now I am trying to track down what figure it may have been from.
I remember it being for an arm, either a shoulder or the upper part of the arm under the shoulder, It's on the tip of my tongue but just can't place it.
It's black and gold

Help appreciated.

I actually found what part that was from and dont have a spare but found a different way to solve my issue. If a MOD sees this thread, please delete it. Don't need it anymore.
