Yeah, my parcels arrived in pretty rough looking boxes too. The contents were fine, though, other than some of the cardbacks being a little curled. That doesn't bother me too much since it's the toys I care about.

Got my deluxes, no packing material but I got all 4 and they packed them perfectly so that they filled the box. Unfortunately my Skullcruncher has broken wrist pegs right out of the pack so I have to wait until I find one in person to exchange

My Fort Max box was munched! No protection whatsoever...ridiculous...Luckily they just restocked locally so my dear wife exchanged them before they sold out and now I've got a good box.

When I got mine, they told me they would price match two wheelies, but not the two Galvatrons...despite it being the same issue with both with the wrong Combiner Wars SKUs. So when they arrived, bent pretty bad (they must have owed someone some gambling debts ) I saw I was given a sale price on the original errored price for just one wheelie for some reason. I was able to price match from a raincheck in the end, but they put it as store credit...pretty good deal in the end, despite box damage to the products themselves, but TRU never puts its padding in my experience so its good for getting things at a decent price, but not if u want things mint in package.
