just take your time and inspect every single bag and what's actually inside.
yeah head at value village checked out some used toys .. lots of potential..

You can always try Sayal electronics at Woodbine and 14th in Markham. They have quite a selection. I also used to go to Active Surplus downtown, as they often had lots of useful spare electronic parts.
