I wanted to share my results in case there are some of you still out of money.

I had 2 refunds from master card as they were still in the chargeback period.


I had 2 other transactions outside of the chargeback period. After dealing with the manager in their dispute department I escalated it to their complaints resolution department and eventually Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments.

Upon further review they came back and said you have 119 days to due a chargeback from date of purchase OR expected date you were supposed to receive the package. The latter is important because I couldn't find this anywhere on their website, but since my items were preorders outside of 119 days and never shipped they were able to start the refund process.

For those of you who are still out money you could always check to see if he actually filed bankruptcy, it's public info:

So I filed a case with my cc for the preorder items outside the paypal coverage. They would of ruled in my favour but they said the merchant is disputing my case so now I have to go attempt to go to arbritration.

For those that think this guy was just a hard luck story, consider that he is fighting to keep the money that he stole from me in the first place. If that doesn't say piece of shit, I don't know what does

Is this a pre-order that was never fulfilled? He's not going to be able to prove that he sent you the product you paid for.

Correct, preorder from February.
I've never had to go though the process so hopefully this is the case

So i disputrd with my visa for the preorder that was done back i Feb and they credit my account the money with a dispute with vendor. They said it will take 40 days to resolve. Havent receive any notification if it was resolved but i didnt see visa hit my card back with the charge. Fingers crossed hopefully it has gone my way.
