you have truly inspired me and look what you can do with tape,solder, scisors and toilet paper and zoids parts I know they are to big but it is an idea!

Dry Brushing will work for the flames I have always worked with yellow/brighter colors at the base and worked out to the reds... having the colors ovrlapping a bit to get that flame effect as for the smoke shades never had luck dry brushing it as the cotten won't stay "puffy" maybe a spray can?
