3rd party nova lord as cobra LAVIATHAN?

is it jsut me or does 3rd party nova lords mega jet form look a hell of a lot like a C.O.B.R.A. nightraven?
give the figure a differnat head and the colors of the C.O.B.R.A. forces from G.I.J.O.E. and i coul easily see this guy being instead a C.O.B.R.A. desinged decepticon body piloted bvy the big 3 of cobra command
cobra commander being paired up wiht the gigatank
destro dark fleet hybrid battleship aircraft carrier/troop carrier/mobile naval base
and the baroness the megajet with the 3 being a trio of decepticon allied C.O.B.R.A. godmaster warriors who jointly control the single combined robot form LAVIATHAN
if anything it would serve as a very suitable cobra counterpart to xovergens 3rd party grand patriot/ rolling thunder gijoeformer autobot optimus prime
