Closest I got were:
- On my wedding day, I rented a nice silver Mustang convertible (like yours), so just about Alternators Grimlock;
- During our latest round of car shopping last year, my wife and I seriously considered getting a blue Chevy Volt, so ROTF Jolt. But we didn't get it in the end, so there's the end of that.

Ya, the comparisons are night and day. And ya, they are way way too expensive to justify anymore. Case and point the Mark L. You don't get much and the price is jacked up way more because of Infinity War. However, I'll let the Mark VI slide on this. It is one of the few HT IM I have that are truly worth it.

The torso on mine is super tight and with all the moving panels, it's a little scary to rotate.
That sucks with all the hassle you went through with your Metal Build Arbalest. I really like the show and the Arbalest design, but I can't justify the cost. I think I'm okay enough with the RD one. We'll see. And I also got nailed by on customs for the MB 00 Qan[T]. It was $50 something, but I mailed back a appeal and got $25 back. The other issue I had with the MB 00 Qan[T] is that a few of the clear plastic parts for the GN Sword Bits broke or cracked on me. Took me a long time to fix the broken one.
Anyways, here's a few things I got recently:
From Nippon Yasan:
- Gurren Lagann: Tamashii Web 10th Anni. SRC - Gurren Lagann
Real ugly paint blog on the right hip. Sigh.
From a French seller on eBay:
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth EX - Aries Mu
Decided to get all the Gold Saints and a few others. I found a handful of them at good prices comparatively, so I got those on order, the rest I'll take my time on.

Re: Post your hauls
From Mandarake:
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth EX - Pisces Aphrodite
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth EX - Libra Dohko
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth - Athena
Very pleased to find this at 10,000 Yen on Mandarake as opposed to $300 CAD on eBay and everywhere else.
eBay:
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth EX - Leo Aiolia
Jungle:
- Saint Seiya: Myth Cloth EX - Capricorn Shura
Urban Samurai Hobbies:
- Hot Toys - MMS Diecast: Iron Man Mark V
Last Hot Toys preorder. No more. Way too expensive. Only a very select few are worth it, otherwise kinda waste of money.
Amiami:
- Nendoroid: Konasuba 2 - Yunyun
Seems mine is packaged backwards. Weird.

AWESOME.
I kinda wished I went the Gold Cloth route instead of the God Cloth, but either way, the complete collection of the 12 is super-imposing on shelves.
Onto my hauls:
June 1st:
- HGBF Schwarzritter [ MISB, from Tokyo Otaku Mode]
Always loved the Denial/Schwarzritter/Cathedral base. Used up Tokyo Otaku Mode points to get this, as seen in my rant here.
Will need to get the Denial (easy) and Cathedral (damn P-Bandai) kits eventually.
June 13th:
- [PS4 game] BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle [ MISP, from Amazon.ca]
Lots of fun; I'm not BlazBlue player, but I do play Under-Night In-Birth and DBFZ; this one's mainly because I plan to play this with my sister-in-law.
June 18th:
- HGPG Petit'gguy Panda'gguy [ MISB, from local hobby store Sci-Fi Anime]
- HG Customize Beam Bazooka [ MISB, from local hobby store Sci-Fi Anime]
- HG Diver Gear/Base [ MISB, from local hobby store Sci-Fi Anime]
Mostly impulse purchases from a local hobby shop; got the Beam Bazooka free with the Panda'gguy. My wife is a huge fan of pandas overall, so I figure I'd build this with her in mind.
July 1st:
- Daban Model knock-off MG Astray Red Frame Kai [ MISP, from fellow TFW member Anubis20]
- Amazing Spider-Man - Spider Island trade paperback [from Amazon.ca]
- Power of the Primes Sinnertwin [ MOSC, from Amazon.ca]
- Power of the Primes Cutthroat [ MOSC, from Amazon.ca]
Got a KO MG kit from a fellow member for cheap; a few years ago I had accidentally spilled lacquer thinner on my official MG Astray Blue Frame's arm, semi-melting parts of it. It's still usable, but I figure I'd replace it, and the opportunity came up with this KO.
And I'm very slowly collecting the recent Spider-Man TPBs.
And some TFs for my Abominus, one of my favorite combiners (mainly because it's the only combiner I had as a kid in the G1 days).

Man, that looks so cool! They look so sparkly and dazzling!!!
Ya, I was contemplating going the Gold Cloth or God Cloth path too. I never got any of the main cast in their Bronze Cloths because as iconic as they are, you aren't getting as much toy for the price. So, for me it was a easy choice to go the God Cloth route for them.
But for the Gold Saints it was a tougher decision. On one hand, the Gold Cloths are more iconic, but their object forms are kinda meh. And their God Cloths are more intricate and ethereal, and looks great in both armour and object form, but I generally found them to be too fussy looking.
I'm kinda concerned none of your God Clothes have any stands like the other ones below. I'm thinking when I get closer to completion I'm going to put in a order for these: COMIC CLUB EX stand contain 12 pcs metal Constellation nameplates. Sure, these are KO and are $55.18 USD, but the real ones now are selling for $50~ USD for a pack of 3. So, not that bad, plus I believe these are meant for the SOG God Cloths anyways.
And I see your Deathmask has a robotic soul to add to his collection lol. Where's the Pisces Surplice?

Yeah, the God Cloths' armors are kind of finicky, and the super-wings get in the way a lot; balancing them can be tough (except Aquarius, where you can use the wings to support him).
You can actually display most of them without the super-wings, but it would've been nice for them to release capes with them. The Gold Cloths' capes work fine on the God Cloth bodies... but I don't have any.
And yeah, I'm working to putting some stands on the God Cloths. I get SUPER scared every time I open up those doors. Part of the reason I haven't gotten around to them is that I have to mod the standard Obitsu stand that I use (like all the lower shelf ones) into leg-grabbing stands, because the super-wings on the God Cloths make it very hard to get a waist-grabbing-support-rod in there.
The robotic soul in Deathmask's hand is, fittingly enough, Titanmaster/Headmaster Cancer. Get it?
Pisces Surplice was shown at recent toy shows, but hasn't been announced yet, let alone released. You can be sure that I'll have that on preorder as soon as it's up.
This pic is already kind of old; I already have the 2nd judge (Griffon Minos) on display already. The last one (Garuda Aiacos) has already been preordered and won't arrive until November.
