I dunno about this. Considering thats the ORIGINAL boxed set, complete with retro hasbro logo, instead of the anniversary reissue repackaging that we've seen with everything else, I smell knockoff.

Does anyone remember any previous talk of a devastator re-release in the encore series? Its possible they just used the wrong image for this item, I suppose.

It's a knock off, there have been KO Devastator boxes circulating for some time now.

Never heard a peep about it myself...I wouldn't count on Toynk being on the leading edge with new releases though...don't get me wrong, I've bought from them personally but for new news we'd probably see it front paged here & TFW comming from BBTS or something...

Haven't heard of anything from Takara or Hasbro about this set so I'd say it is a KO set.

I think you can get this KO box (w/ no figure) somewhere if you want a place to park your G1 real deals.
