Canpar lost my Xbox series x more than a month ago. I paid, never got it. Walmart has been slow as shit with the refund.

I'm not too surprised that Walmart is using them too, the only reason these companies use a courier like this is definitely due to the lower cost. However, from my research it looks like Canpar always loses packages... I do agree that this will become a huge pain for consumers who are doing more online shopping with the current situation.

My lost package from November was a separate shipment of an order, so I was able to get a refund no problem via live chat with TRU just now.

Toysrus has been using canpar for a while now and I agree, Canpar sucks. They were our biggest pet peeve back when I worked at a comic shop. A late or lost shipment can cost you a lot of business.

Thanks...you're the only person I've heard of anywhere that actually said they got something from them, I guess it's true that the complainers are the most vocal.

ToysRus flyer says All $29.99 and under transformers buy 1 get 1 50% off = 25% each off which is a great sale. But on the site it doesn't seem to be applying to any earthrise in cart but the add shows them...?

I got something from them too. None if my packages from TRU have ever been fully lost.
