Sounds like they never had it in Brampton and couldn't find it except....Edmonton! It's been rare and I never saw it in store except when I drove to newmarket to get mine.

Got a call from a rep at EB Games at my local mall (Lougheed).

They went through all of the new pre orders and put me down for everything I wanted.

Black Zarack, Rodimus and ARK included.

I just got my SS 86 jazz from EB online order. It was packed great with air pillows but it still had a corner on the box that was smashed.

Anyone else have similar experiences from EB?

Luck of the draw. Sometimes boxes get damaged in shipment to retailers and there’s nothing they did, it’s just what they got.

I’ve had more issues with Amazon because they often just ship things in bubble envelopes.

Unfortunately only way around it is to buy in store and inspect yourself. Or pay the premium to import from bbts and add the collector upgrade if they offer it.

Bbts is the only company I know of that will specifically send you nice boxes if you pay for it.

Trying to get a return shipping label for an online order. Anyone actually have any luck getting one through EB's seemingly non-existent help service?


[EDIT] Managed to get one by e-mailing them a second time.

I always that it came with that sticker invoice thingy? I return my stuff in store (which I know isn’t always possible for everyone) so I never looked closely

I thought that too, but they don't anymore if they ever did.
