Cheetor isn't bad. I'm a bit puzzled with the feline like robot face they gave him, but it'll grow on me eventually.

Cat face is most likely match the toon model. But why do his beast mode eyes dissapear when the mouth opens?

An is it just me or does Cyclonus look more blue, than purple from the previous pics?

His eyes are red when the mouth open, probably to make him look angry or something.

Cyclonus still look dark purple to me. His un-painted face still bother me thought.

I got to say that Cheetor still doesn't interest me very much, of course I don't really care much for Beast Wars out side of the show. For me the only good beast mode Transformers are the Dinobots, Predacons and other beast forming G1 characters, to me the only good beast mode is a robotic looking one. But to each their own.

Now Cyclonis and Nightstick, those two look great! I love the colours on Nightstick and I can't wait to get my hands on him. I know the third season of the series wasn't great, but I still loved the characters. I can't wait for that wave of Universe!

To further expand on what Simon MK said, Cheetor's original Beast Wars toy was released in three variant paint schemes for the eyes. There was one with Red Eyes, one with Blue Eyes and the most common which Hasbro seems to like is the one with Green Eyes. As an interesting and obscure nod to this fact of the original Cheetor figure the new Universe mold can apparently switch from Green Eyes to Red Eyes when you open his mouth. No Blue Eyes though unfortunately. And am I like the only Transfan who remembers about the eye variant thing?

Cheetor looks better all the time. And, wow, I hope those are the production colours on Cyclonus. Nightstick looks SOOOO much better now.

I'd heard about this - although I didn't know they issued some with blue eyes as well.
