so for most of the clerks, I don't think they even know the different between "voyager" and the other classes... they simply don't play TF.

well I guess Zellers clerks can't read english.  I also repeatedly said "ALL!" and the stupid clerk dumbly pointed at the the flyer and said the same thing as mentioned above they play dumb and pretend not to know the meaning of the word!
