No, it's all raw. It's pretty much the standard turducken procedure, but taken to the tenth level. I'm guessing it should all be cooked through because it was done in two stages. And unlike all those idiots, they have a pro chef doing the cooking.
FYI for everyone, a turducken is a chicken stuffed into a duck, stuffed into a turkey. And is fairly common in the southern US, and down there they like to kick it up a notch and deep fry the sucker too
I had a turducken a few years ago and it was epic.
