My MP-13 from HLJ (shipped with SAL) was dinged $26.26 (Tax and some handling fee) by CBSA. It was the first time I got taxed on my purchase from HLJ or Amiami. I never go charged with duty or tax before on Gunpla kits or books I order from HLJ/Amimi. But MP-13's declared value was much higher than most Gunpla kits I bought before.
