Also, unlike TRU, shipping is not reduced but still FREE on this figure even given its size.

That is a pretty great price. I looked at him from box to Metroplex comparisons and Fort Max is pretty terrific and def worth having, especially for a few bucks cheaper. Let's be honest, like Metroplex he will likely live to become pretty expensive in the aftermarket one day.

Then it won't be so expensive in the aftermarket.

Literally like 99% of new, mass produced transformers.

Maybe 1/100 transformers goes up and stays up in value.

I was hoping he would go down more in price before then. I am surprised all of Canada jumped on a TF toy priced at $180. They maybe didnt have that much inventory (but thats also surprising for walmart)

no surprise to me at all...it is christmas season after all.
amazon.ca had it for $150 with free shipping last week...its $173 today, but it could go up or down again.

my bet is that tru will have a 'blowout' sale soon...within the next 1-2 months...this is nothing more than just a hunch.
