Those of you lucky enough to have locked in a preorder will be happy to learn that those nice figures will be in this Tuesday! Both are Sold Out for now but we are working hard to secure a restock early April.

We are perfectly aware that many of you are wondering when those highly-awaited items will be available...and so do we! As you can see on their Facebook page, MT is not very into replying to any inquiry and/or comment.
We are doing our best in trying to get some info on those items. They're all still scheduled for a March release, but let's face it, time is flying and my guess is that we will see those items more towards April. We had no word of a possible cancelation though: they just seem awfully behind schedule.

SPECIAL NOTE regarding the OOH service at Automaton, PLEASE READ:
As most of you already know, we have a service called the
OOH (Order On Hold) at Automaton Toys. This service enables you, the customer, to stack multiple items to be shipped together, thus saving on shipping.
A clarification needs to be made here: this service is linked to our Flat Rate shipping policy of
9.99$ in Canada; this implies that there's a limit of items that can put in any OOH.
My point: don't be surprise if you are receiving a shipping notice for a OOH that you weren't expecting to ship yet. A fine example would be this: you have requested a OOH for the FP Causality Cars, BUT, meanwhile, your FT Quakewave, MP-13 Soundwave and Demo Crue, etc are showing up, heading for your OOH. We would ship at once such a large OOH, even though not all FP cars are in yet.
We are aware that customers can't actually see what's in the OOH via our website: only by writing to us can you have an update. So we understand the casual surprise a shipping notice may provoke from time to time. :-)
But the way we are managing the OOH must change drastically: we can't afford anymore to do it "manually", due to the constant rising of our volume of sales.
In 2013, we will launch our new website. In this brand new iteration, customers will have the opportunity to manage their OOH, requesting shipping when you want, via a tool that will show you when the limit covered by our Flat Rate policy is about to be reached. Larger OOh will then be possible to built, but then we will charged exact shipping fees based on your location.
