Re: Titans Return Trypticon Released At Retail
the coupon actually doesn't work when they scan it. The manager was nice enough to do a manual over ride. again depends who you get.
with the exception of the 10% hasbro coupons, the other ones clearly state not to be used for clearance or sale items. even though the system accepts it in some cases, technically the staff shouldn't be doing it.
I only had one instance where one manager wouldn't let me use it, and I really had no argument because that's what the fine print says.

Just out of curiosity and slightly of topic. Has anyone tried sticking him in a Detolf yet? Height wise it will be an issue but I'm hoping his tail doesn't stick too far so the door doesn't close

Re: Titans Return Trypticon Released At Retail
Managed to get my mitts on this bad boy...
Sweet baby jesus - this thing is awesome in the literal sense of the word.
Although it is apparently "shorter" than both - it has far more presence than either Metroplex or Fort Max (...and, don't get me wrong, they are both magnificent) IMO.
PS: I have now had to remove my first piece from the displayed collection to make way for this monster... R.I.S.* ROTF Ultimate Bumblebee.

Use the 10% off coupon to get $22.99 off. Or use the Buy 2 get 1 free coupon with friends.

Yeah he is so much cheaper in US. I saw $135 usd on walmart.com. Even with the exchange rate. If one is close enough and able to probably a cheaper option.

Yep, got mine in. What I had to do was elevate the feet, with a couple of clear $1 containers from the dollar store, that way he stands taller, but the tail goes to the ground. Then I put him on an angle. But it worked quite well. So its completely doable. Here are some pics:
