Project Overload WIP

Some of you maybe remember this guy.
http://www.tfw2005.com/radicons-cust...g-idea-164706/
Well, scene I totally screwed him up. I figured I'd try some new stuff.
Still a WIP as I have some styrene work to do in the back end/legs.
Over all he's coming together nicely.
Base coat is Krylon satin black, details are Testors metal flake red & gold.
For the stripe and some other details I've use Variegated red gold leaf.
I've clear coated all the car body panels with Krylon Prism effect to give it a metallic/pearlessent looks.
I've got a few more tricks planned for him but for now I'm not sharing too much.

C & C always welcome.

Re: Project Overload WIP

Yep, this will be my first bot custom. Kinda a (if you will pardon the pun) nemesis to PK's Wicked WJ.
Seen here & now owned by me

Re: Project Overload WIP

PK's WWJ is what custom Alt. dreams are made of...

...lucky bugger !...

The pearlessent effect on Overload looks like he has some super cool powers like hologram projection or mimicking ability !

He's no Nova Prime, but hopefully everyone will enjoy him just the same.
Congrats again Dak on your botcon win.
Next year we need to make sure the tilte stays in Canada.

Yes, yes they are. When I found out he was selling his Alt's, I had to have WWJ & Alt B.A.T for my own.

I'm working on a back story for Overload as well, he won't have "super powers" as it were but he going to have some cool toys.

You guys are just going to have to wait on those
