- Galaxy Force Exillion / Cybertron Hot Shot (Chrysler ME Four-Twelve)
- Henkei / Classics Rodimus (Dome Zero)

Both are modelled after prototype cars that I love that never made it to the production stage.

Runner up would be:
- Galaxy Force Autovolt / Cybertron Crosswise (Bugatti Veyron)

I forgot about Cybertron Hot Shot / TFTM Breakaway Wal-Mart Exclusive. That was quite the sick alt mode if you're looking for prototype vehicles.
