Amazon Constantly Sending the Wrong Figure

Hey Guys,

So I have not been too active in collecting more recently, although, I wanted to buy a Sentinel Prime Studio Series Figure. So I ordered one off amazon.ca as they had stock and I have Prime. Both orders they sent me a ROTF Constructicon Scrapper. Has anyone had this issue as well? I've had to request a refund due to the fact that they keep sending me the wrong figure. Is this a warehouse issue of some sort?

Rarely. They used to send me a windshield wiper blade of wrong size but that's the only time I recall receiving wrong items.

The issue I've been having with them lately is them sending me used or swapped out items (turds swapping out an original item with a false item and returning it. Somehow Amazon thinks its a good idea to sell back these returns as brand new).

I've also had one time where they sent me the wrong figure completely (it was years ago though).

Its strange, I mean on two separate orders they sent Scrapper instead of Sentinel. I spoke to someone from Customer Service last evening she said they would pull the listing until its fixed, although I don't see anything different about the Sentinel listing.
Was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Well, I managed to get a "successful order" of Red Wing in... only to have Nightbird actually show up (and, RW was, of course, long gone by the time they went to send me a replacement).

I have only had one problem ordering from Amazon. Though I don't bother pre-ordering with them so that probably helps.

I had an order for the Phantomstrike back near the beginning of the year end up being delivered to some other house. I was home when it was delivered, but there was nothing outside. I checked the status and the picture was of some house with a red door, I have a black door. So I took a quick look around the neighbourhood but nothing. Called and they refunded me with a $5 credit for my next order. Never found out where it ended up, but I have a feeling it wasn't anywhere near my neighbourhood.
