BBTS Shipping

Can anyone that orders from BBTS often tell me the average time it takes to receive a package from them from the day it ships? And more specifically, anyone in the Vancouver area.

Just curious as I just received an email that RTS Jazz and Tracks are in my POL and I wanted to ship them out right away. I usually have BBTS stuff shipped to an address in WA state so it gets to me within a week. But it'll only cost me an extra couple of bucks to have it shipped to me in BC for this package. However if I'm going to have to wait 3 weeks or more for it to get here, I'll just ship it to WA.

I know, the holiday season will make a difference but I wanted to get an idea of typical shipping times.

Not on something this small. It's only about $30, I have never been charged duty on something that low of a value. Although, that is one of the reasons why I usually have packages shipped to an address in WA state, then I bring them into Canada myself and rarely get dinged with duties.

I am in Vancouver and both the 1st and 2nd BBTS package took exactly 2 weeks or 9 or 10 business days to arrived, both got customs but thats because both packages were over 100 in value.

my last only $30 order from them had ony $25 in customs fees...ship it to WA to be safe, or as dark rage says learn the hard way

^only $30 value but custom charges for $25 ? any way we can claim to the custom rather than the BBTS ? There should be something to protect the buyers through custom check as well.

What shipping service have you guys been using? I have never been charged duties on packages less than $50 when it's been shipped using USPS. And I've had LOTS of stuff shipped over the years.

$25 in custom charges sounds to me like it was shipped using a courier service that would then charge a brokerage fee plus the normal taxes.

if its commercial; over 20$ in value
personnal (gift); over 60$ in value
