Scroponok and tracks are in stock? Then where the hell are mine? It's not like walmart adheres to the "we only ship your whole order together" principle. Because I just ordered Deep Cover and Wingfinger together and got them a couple weeks apart.

My Scorponok pre-order was charged and "shipped to store" on Aug 28. There was no update since. It was supposed to be at the store last week... I'm wondering if I will ever see it.

When my Paleotrex/Wingfinger order was cancelled (after I called in and it got "escalated"), they said the (justification of the escalation team cancelling my order) was, that the items were on "backorder" or something

Of course, now, if you were you check their online listings, both are available and "in stock" again, shipping from walmart

It's complete bullsh*t, and they're gonna cancel your order if you call in to ask about it

If I could do it over, and had unlimited resources? I'd just order again, a 2nd time - and see if the 2nd order gets fulfilled before the 1st one

I am considering that. If by some fluke my original order ends up getting processed I could always return the duplicates. If not for the fact that I also have a Rhinox outstanding in that order I would've just cancelled it and started fresh already because it can't possibly be any worse than sitting on an order that was due to be processed I believe last month.


That said I'm also waiting to hear back from Toysnowman about how their apparent batch of pre-order 2nd release Galvatrons work (ie are they defect free in the shoulders or do the gimpy copies get sorted out in their shipment) and if I can get a guaranteed proper one from them then I might just toss in as much of what I still need into a big order from them so I can get free shipping and not care about the few extra dollars because at least they're not made of disappointment and indifference.

This happened to me with the Allicons.
I pre-ordered when the pre-order was available -- in March, I think. Then in August, it showed up as "in stock" on-line. I ordered more, and that order arrived before my pre-order did. I believe the difference was a few weeks. I'll see if info on my orders is still available on my account and e-mails.

Pre-order on March 7 was delivered on November 2.

Second order on September 23 was delivered on October 8.
