Just buy some black/other color sets, and buy the white plastic spray from Walmart/CT, around $7/can. Spray it yourself, won't take more than 30 minutes.

Ya, I'm specifically looking for HFGs (Hand/Foot/Guns) in white. Don't really want the aftermarket hands. I actually think the HFGs work well as hands.
