Oh hey man, ya I bought some parts off you a few months ago. Well a cable and a steering shaft. Didnt know you were a TF fan as well.

Updated with some new pics. Bot mode is done, truck mode still has a few final details to add.

I might end up seeing if I can make the doors more flush with the body but I'll have to see if thats possible with the way I've mounted the hinges, they're glued in there pretty solidly. I'll probably just live with it as I'm quite happy with the bot mode and thats typically how he'll be displayed anyway.
