The HUB in Canada?
Hello All, with the premiere of the HUB channel the other day in the US. I was wondering if anyone knows if Canada will be getting the HUB or some sort of version of it? Or at least the new shows that are going to be on the HUB, will they be televised in Canada? Most of the older shows are already broadcast on teletoon retro, but how is it going to work up here for TF: Prime and the new Joe 'toon. Any info would be very much appreciated.

I doubt we will get the hub but our existing cartoon channels should carry most of the same programs in some capacity or other.

Do we get Discovery Kids in Canada? Since the HUB is replacing that channel, I would assume then it would be shown in Canada. Maybe the reason rogers said to contact Discovery, is in case Discovery Canada won't follow what Discovery US does?

Looks like we used to but they shut it down (according to wikipedia) Nov 2nd 2009 and was replaced by Nickelodeon Canada.

Ok, thanks for the info. I couldnt remember if there had been any actual info released for Canada yet. Hopefully we'll get some of the new 'toons one way or another.

Oh come on, there is NO way Hasbro is going to let Canada (one of their biggest markets out of the US) go without any media push for their toylines. We'll either get the HUB a bit later, or theyll probably make a deal with YTV or somehing.

Yeah, I'm sure YTV will pickup TF Prime. I think RID is the only series they never aired?
