My knowledge of the Marvel comics is admittedly rather limited, but didn't Ratbat come closer to outright victory over the Autobots than any Decepticon leader? I believe I've read something to that effect on TFWiki.

I was expecting a pretty shallow knowledge of only the G1 cartoon and Bayverse from a list made by a non-Transformers website, but the writer did actually have a fairly good knowledge of both the Marvel and IDW comics universe.

Lists like these are always subjective and bias, so not really much point in debating it.

The one that stuck out the most to me was Silverbolt because his complaints of his fear of flying were overcome in the very first episode he appeared and never came up again to my knowledge.

I used to really like some of the articles on CBR but recently it seems to have totally changed its format to be nothing but snarky clickbalt articles. Worst part is they aren't even good snarky clockbait articles.
