Human Alliance Bumblebee Eye Mod

Just a quick paint job to show how I changed up Bumblebee's "Googly" eyes. I really hated how they were just big blue orbs, I loved the detail on the deluxe preview figure and tried to recreate that



I used Metallic Silver, Blue and Black to create the effect.

Personally I loved how it turned out. I think it really adds to the overall feel of the figure!

Unfortunatly, I had to let that feature go, I'm just not that skilled as a painter. I'm sure if you had a steady enough hand you could save a portion of the blue plastic so that light could still shine through.

actually it's doable and get that effect, just use something like Tamiya's "clear" colors
