If you're desperate, the TFCC Astrotrain (Armada Jetfire repaint) and 07 Movie Jetstorm (Cybertron Jetfire repaint) might scale better with the new voyager Blitzwing. But I personally love the Astrotrain and Octane we got.

After a little research, it seems that IGEAR Faith Leader is in best scale with Hasbro Classics/Generations....in robot mode at least.

yes..and no, the faith leader is exactly the same as the masterpiece prime just scaled down its not an original mold. thats what separates them from being 3p and ko. their newer stuff can count as 3p though

Yeah this... plus from what I've heard faith leader quality stinks compared to say their Weapon Specialist (Iron Hide). I saw a review on youtube where faith leader broke on camera, so faith leader may be good scale but it's crappy quality.

Faith leader was one of igers's first figure. I think the thigh and hinge mechanism broke on the first run if you breathed on it the wrong way.

He's more of a set and never move type of figure to me. Plus he has a sweet cape

There are a few characters from the line(s)that I want to wait for a better Hasbro release or replace with 3rd party.
For myself the following are characters that are current stand-ins or total replacements.

United Megatron- stand-in(dont like the wings)
Universe Ratchet- stand-in(horrible figure)
Universe Ironhide- stand-in(horrible figure)
Classics Voyager Optimus- undecided?(too short)
G1 Soundwave- stand-in(no tape deck versions)
Classics Bumblebee- stand-in(too big)
Classics Cliffjumper- stand-in(too big)

As of right now I have no replacements for any of my Classics.

I have been on hiatus for well over 1 year.
Can you tell me if any figures have been released to fix the gripes that I have from the above list?

I use FOC Soundwave for my Classics display. Some people like the new Combiner Wars Prime, I prefer the Classics version.

There's a new Generations Leader Megatron being released this year. He has a tank for an alt mode.
