Re: So what's this I hear about no new Generations deluxes for Canada?

I don't think this is entirely Hasbro's fault. Sure they could help by diversifying what's in each wave. But maybe they are limited to how many different figures can be manufactured in parallel, hence why we only see 3-4 different figs per case. Ultimately isn't it up to the retailers to determine what they order? If the retailer front loads with wave1 and 2 then that's pretty much all they will be selling and won't get to the later waves until what they already ordered is sold. It's not like retailers listen to what fans desire, why would they? They are too busy pushing other products to appease a select few.

France packaging?

So does that mean we will be getting them, but again, still not with the comics?

I still want to know why we are on average 6-8 weeks behind the States when it comes to new toys? I mean, come TF4 figures, much like the previous movie toys, that release date is pretty firm in Canada and U.S., so why can't other figures? Why DO we wait so long to get new stock? Surely it doesn't take Hasbro in Quebec 6-8 weeks to get stock from Hasbro USA.

Because they don't get shipped to Hasbro US and then to Hasbro Canada, they all come from the factories overseas and get shipped out from Hasbro US in California and Hasbro Canada in Vancouver. The Office in Rhode Island and in Quebec don't get the figures first

Re: So what's this I hear about no new Generations deluxes for Canada?

A couple weeks ago BBTS sent out an apology letter to its clients stating that Hasbro had shorted them their shipment of the "Skids" wave and that they had no plans on manufacturing any more. So that sent BBTS scrambling to fill orders and I think the Waspinator Wave was mentioned to, that it was going to be hard to fill what had been ordered. So does that mean that Hasbro is going to dump or cut short the production runs of the later waves to make room for the new movie crap..errrr merchandise that's coming out?

Skids and Waspinator are in the same wave.
