They only had Prime displayed in vehicle and combined modes. I would guess he is smaller than ROTF Prime.

I was shocked how small leader Bumble Bee looked. between a HA and a Leader, and I am not impressed with the big hunk of grey plastic of a weapon he comes with.

Also I had imagined Sentinel Prime would have looked bigger. ( but thats OK because he looks awesome )
