Yes it is. Actually, come to think of it I would say keep it. It probably won't be worth anything, but its good to keep to show all the noobs, just to hear them say "That's probably worth the like hundreds of dollars" and you can say, "yes it is". And if its a hot blond you can be like "Hey you want to go upstairs, I can show you my bed that's missing a hot blond in it"

Re: Samurai Prowl without a helmet?
This whole time Ultra Magnus was actually a Smurf in disguise.
Actually that was kind of fun. Can we start a thread "Guess the missing paint app"????

That's funny how both your UM and Lugnut are missing face paint. Coinidence? I think not.
I do that a lot actally, every time I receive a Misprint Pokemon Card (which I sell on ebay), I hype it so much that when n00b comes around, they spend 70 bucks on something so tiny as a defected card.

I'm confused... Is that Prowl with the missing helmet or the hot blond on your bed?

Lugnut also has parts (feet, upper legs, rear flaps) that are differently colored. Magnus has a painted light blue faceplate while the final version is silver if I'm not mistaken.
EDIT: here's a picture of the production version of Magnus. I think the head is casted in white plastic (and not painted white over blue plastic).

Re: Samurai Prowl without a helmet?
well depending, for starters no one likes Canadian Packaging and for Pokemon cards its a little bit easier as people are always watching them and come at random so therefore the hunt is much harder. Whereas transformers of new waves, people just wait till it's a available closest to them and don't have to find them in random packages.
